Online Booking Policy Lovely Enterprises & Consulting Welcome to Lovely Enterprises & Consulting! We're honored to support entrepreneurs and small business owners like you. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review our online booking policy: 1. Appointments All sessions must be booked through our online scheduling system. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with appointment details and a calendar invite. 2. Payment No payment is required at the time of booking. We offer a complimentary initial consultation (up to 45 minutes) to learn about your business needs and explore how we can help. Additional consultations, reviews, or extended sessions beyond the complimentary period may incur consultative fees, which will be discussed in advance. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may cancel or reschedule your initial consultation at any time without penalty. For all subsequent bookings, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If cancellations or reschedules fall outside of these parameters—especially for ongoing projects or active service engagements—you may incur a $50.00 missed consultation fee as booking slots are limited and time is reserved specifically for your business. 4. No-Shows Clients who miss a scheduled appointment without notice will be marked as a no-show. Repeat no-shows may be required to pre-pay for future services. 5. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is provided, but your session may be shortened to maintain the schedule. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice may be marked as a no-show. 6. Communication All appointment communications (confirmation, reminders, updates) will be sent via email. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see a confirmation. 7.
